Woronicza Homey Wooden Apartment is located in one of the most popular and prestigious districts of Warsaw - Mokotów, right next to the building of the Polish public broadcaster Telewizja Polska (TVP). In the neighbourhood, there are extensive green areas, such as Pole Mokotowskie or Królikarnia, which are popular among sports and recreation enthusiasts, as they offer numerous bicycle and walking paths, jogging routes, as well as an outdoor gym.  
Nearby there are bus and tram stops as well as the Warszawa Służewiec railway station. Additionally, the station of the first metro line - Wierzbno (210m) is located at Woronicza Street. The flat is located close to shops, restaurants and Galeria Mokotów.  
  
Woronicza Homey Wooden Apartment has a beautifully furnished living room, a bedroom with a comfortable bed, a study with a single sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. Guests are provided with a range of practical amenities including a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, TV, iron and much more. A private parking space in the underground garage is an added bonus.
