Outdated hotel in the centre of Warsaw
Well.. my experience with this hotel was not quite good. First of all they did not arrange the transfer from the airport as i requested. The problem was, if i understand correctly, that in order to make it happen i should have sent an email to their concierge service, but when i called them they did not want to spell it, so i have sent it to the wrong address (i had to write Warszawa as they write it in poland, and I wrote Warsaw as in regular english. So i had to take a taxi from the airport. They have compensated it with a voucher for the ride back from hotel to the airport, but... The suite was booked for 2 adults. Executive suite. But we received only one set of bathrobe and slippers for some reason. I had to ask for an extra chair. Twice. First time they just missed it somehow.. The TV in the living room did not work. And the TV stand itself has a not so nice abstract drawing on it, made as it figures, by some child. The furniture overall in the room was old and need some renovation. And the staff wears some home closes on work and speaks lousy english, or does not speaks english at all. Ah.. and the city is boring on it's own. It has quite a lot strip clubs though...

Thank you for leaving the feedback about Warsaw Marriott Hotel experience.
We are extremely sorry for all inconveniences you went through.
It really surprises us we did not handle pick-up service for you. Our e-mails end with "warsaw" so we will investigate the human mistake of our concierge.
All vauable comments will be forwarded to our Director of Services in regards to keep the standards high.
We are sorry we find the capital of Poland boring, we hope next time (maybe in other season) you find it attractive.
With best regards,
