The surrounding area is full of shops (Biedronka, Lidl, Żabka, Pepco, Smyk), restaurants (Prosto z Rusztu, Semolino, Suwak 7 Restaurant & Bar, Chef Panda, and many others), and cafés (Culture Cafe, Calimero Cafe). Just 1.4 kilometers away is the Westfield Mokotów shopping center.
For those who enjoy active leisure, it is worth visiting the nearby recreational and sports center – Hangar 646, as well as the Warsaw Water Park, located 3.3 kilometers away. Close to the apartment, you will also find one of the largest and most beautiful horse racing tracks in the world – the Służewiec Racecourse.
