One of the apartment’s greatest advantages is its location, just a 10-minute drive from Chopin Airport. The surrounding area is filled with shops (Biedronka, Lidl, Żabka, Pepco, Smyk), restaurants (Prosto z Rusztu, Semolino, Suwak 7 Restaurant & Bar, Chef Panda, and many more), and cafés (Culture Cafe, Calimero Cafe). Just 1.4 kilometers away is the Westfield Mokotów shopping center.  
  
For guests who enjoy active leisure, there is the nearby sports and recreation center Hangar 646, as well as the Warsaw Water Park, located 3.3 kilometers from the apartment. Also nearby is one of the largest and most beautiful horse racing tracks in the world – the Służewiec Racecourse. The location provides excellent transport connections, with numerous bus and tram stops (Osiedle Nowy Mokotów, Racjonalizacji, PKP Służewiec), making it easy and quick to access all the attractions Warsaw has to offer.
