Nova Sfera Green Apartment is located in a peaceful area in the Białołęka district of Warsaw. The property is situated near the Żerański Canal, which is an ideal place for enthusiasts of active leisure, as it offers a range of recreational activities such as sailing, fishing, and strolls along the banks. Additionally, it's a place where one can admire beautiful views of the river and the surrounding nature. Furthermore, less than 1.5 kilometers from the apartment, there is a climbing center - Murall Annopol, as well as squash courts. For automotive fans, we recommend the karting track, located 2.5 kilometers away, offering two tracks and modern go-karts. In the immediate vicinity, you can find a bakery (Spółdzielnia Piekarsko-Ciastkarska Żerań), restaurants (Bufet Royal. Bar. Kaźmierczak M.), shops, and the Factory Annopol shopping center. The location allows for easy movement around Warsaw thanks to nearby bus stops (Chłodnia) and tram stops (Inowłodzka, Odlewnicza, Annopol), as well as a railway station (Warszawa Toruńska).
