Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

#### Don’t book this!!!

They refused entry on arrival despite having a booking reference. They asked me which room I was staying in - I said I didn’t know as I was trying to check in. Security told me to go. I left and am pursing a complaint
