The bright 50.69 m² apartament is ideal for a stay of up to four people. It consists of two comfortable bedrooms, an independent kitchen, an elegant bathroom and a cosy balcony. The first bedroom has a comfortable sofa, a TV, a practical chest of drawers and a table with four chairs, ideal for dining or spending time with loved ones. There is also a furnished balcony where you can enjoy relaxing in the fresh air. The second bedroom has been designed with comfort in mind - there is a spacious double bed and a desk, creating the perfect environment for remote working. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave and electric kettle, allowing you to prepare meals at home. In addition, there is a table with three chairs, ideal for everyday meals. The bathroom, decorated in a harmony of white and wood, offers full comfort - there is both a shower and a washing machine, making this flat ideal for longer stays. The flat also comes with a parking space in the underground garage. This flat is an ideal choice for families, couples or business travellers looking for comfort and convenience.
