Beautiful studio located on Kotsisa Street in an excellent location in the Praga-Północ district. The apartment is part of the new residential complex "Home Factory." Its location, close to Jagiellońska Street and between two bridges – Gdański and Grota-Rowecki – ensures excellent mobility. A major advantage of the complex is the quick connection to the city center, with a tram stop just 5 minutes on foot. The nearest metro station can be reached by tram in just 12 minutes. The area is not only perfectly connected to the city center but also offers high comfort with numerous amenities nearby. A grocery store on the ground floor of the building allows for daily shopping just at the doorstep. The surrounding recreational areas, ideal for jogging – green spaces along the Vistula River, part of the "Natura 2000" program – offer a perfect break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The studio is also located near the Warszawa Praga train station, and it takes about half an hour by car to reach the airport.
