The stylish 36 m² flat can accommodate 4 people. Its space consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. The elegant décor with elements of black, grey and wood will make our guests feel really special. Top-quality furnishings and perfectly chosen accessories will make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The spacious living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a chest of drawers and a TV. There is also a table and chairs where our guests will be able to comfortably eat their meals. The multimedia equipment of the flat includes a modern TV with SmartTV function and WIFI Internet access. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with all necessary utensils for preparing meals. Numerous amenities are available, such as a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, tea and coffee making facilities and an oven. The separate bedroom provides privacy, and the double bed located there will allow you to relax after a long day. The cosy bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, towels and toiletries. From the large balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of Warsaw, from the 6th floor.

This beautiful flat is located in a modern development at 29 Kasprzaka Street in Warsaw's Wola district. Its location in the capital's business district, with its numerous office buildings and shopping and catering outlets, makes it the perfect place to stay for both business and leisure trips. Just around the corner, you will find two grocery shops "Auchan GO" and "Carrefour Express", so guests will be able to seamlessly stock up on essentials during their stay. The well-developed urban infrastructure, numerous bus and tram stops and metro stations make it easy to get around Warsaw. The nearest metro station - Plocka - is about 15 minutes' walk from the flat. In addition, the property is only 450 metres from the Warsaw-Wola railway station. The location close to the centre offers easy access to the most important attractions on the map of the capital. Within several minutes you can reach the Golden Terraces (3.4), the Palace of Culture and Science (3.5 km), or the National Museum in Warsaw (5 km). Guests looking for a moment of rest can take a relaxing walk in the nearby Szymanski Park, which is only half a kilometre from the flat. Chopin Airport is less than a 20-minute drive away. In a word, this is the ideal location for a successful stay in Warsaw.
