The neighbourhood is full of excellent restaurants, cafes, shops, entertainment venues and services. In the building of the building there is Klubokawiarnia KEN 54\. The location of the flat is very well connected with other parts of the city. There are numerous bus stops, a metro station (Imielin) and the Warsaw Southern Ring Road nearby.  
  
KEN 54 2-Bedroom Apartment has a stylishly furnished living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with a sofa bed) and a bathroom. It offers a range of top-notch amenities, including a fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hairdryer, iron, washing machine, free WiFi and cable TV. This is complemented by a spacious balcony where you can enjoy your leisure time. In addition, the flat is air-conditioned, which gives extraordinary comfort especially on hot days.
