The Space:  
The studio apartment is fully equipped and can comfortably accommodate up to 4. The room layout consists of a living room with a double bed and a double sofa bed, a wall-separated kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The interior is modern and stylishly furnishing with comfort and functionality in mind. The comprehensive facilities with the necessary kitchen and bathroom appliances guarantee a comfortable stay that caters to all needs. Multimedia amenities include big flat-screen TV (with free access to a Netflix guest account) and free access to Wi-Fi network. The Neighborhood:  
A fully equipped and comfortable studio apartment located in Warsaw in a new housing estate “Żoliborz Artystyczny” on Hubnera Street. The design of the estate combines a simple façade with original drawings with open leisure spaces. The estate is situated in the attractive location in Żoliborz district with convenient communication, only 4.5 km from the center of Warsaw. The estate is surrounded by green areas, including the famous Powązki Cemetery, creating an intimate atmosphere. There are many retail and service outlets in the area that will meet all your daily needs, as well as an abundance of restaurants and cafes for good food lovers. The ground floor of the building is dedicated to service and retail premises, giving you the opportunity to do daily shopping right at your doorstep. The location is well connected with other districts of Warsaw thanks to the extensive public transport network. The nearest train station is only 5 minutes away, the nearest metro station - 2 km.
