This modern apartment is located in a development on ul. Grzybowska, in one of the most central districts of the capital - Wola. The apartment is located on the 9th floor. The building of the object is located just 500 meters from Daszyńskiego traffic circle, where you can find numerous bus and streetcar stops and a subway station. In the area there are numerous office buildings, stores and restaurants. In close proximity to the property is, among others, the modern office complex Warsaw Spire, which can be seen from the apartment's balcony. In addition, guests interested in history can go to the Warsaw Uprising Museum located just around the corner (250 m) - a memorial documenting the struggle for independence in 1944\. There are also many important institutions in the vicinity of Grzybowska Street, such as the Embassy of the United States, the British Embassy and the Palace of Culture and Science. Warsaw has a well-developed public transportation network, making it easy to access other parts of the city. The dynamically developing Wola district can satisfy all daily needs thanks to numerous shopping and dining outlets located in the area. A 10-minute walk from the building is Browary Warszawskie: a vibrant urban meeting place with exclusive restaurants and cafes. The drive to Chopin Airport takes about half an hour, and 8 minutes to Central Station.
