The apartment on the third floor was designed for four people, offering a space ideal for families or groups traveling together. The interior is bright and modern, combining functionality with aesthetics. The bedroom equipped with a double bed provides comfortable rest, while the living room has additional sleeping places on a sofa bed or a single sofa, which allows you to flexibly adjust the space to the needs of guests. The kitchenette is fully equipped with devices that facilitate the preparation of meals, including an electric hob, microwave and dishwasher. Additionally, there is a drip coffee maker, allowing you to prepare your morning coffee. The washing machine available in the apartment is a practical solution, especially during longer stays. The spacious furnished balcony offers the possibility of relaxing in the fresh air, which is a perfect complement to the space. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, soft towels and a set of free toiletries. Fast WiFi connection available in all rooms allows for unlimited access to the Internet. The building is located on Fabryczna Street in Warsaw's Srodmiescie district in the heart of the capital. The location is perfect for those wishing to visit Warsaw as well as for business travellers. Some of the most important tourist attractions are within walking distance of the apartment. The Palace of Culture and Science is 2.8 km away and the Royal Baths Park with its numerous walking paths is 700 m away. The surrounding area provides access to all the city's attractions while allowing you to relax in the nearby parks - E. Rydz-Smigły Park is 450 m away. The Old Market Square with the Royal Castle is a 15-minute drive away. The well-developed retail and service infrastructure with numerous shops, restaurants and cafes will significantly contribute to the comfort of your stay and make your time in Warsaw more pleasant. Additionally, bus stops are available in the neighbourhood (Rozbrat 20 - 300 m), from which you will be able to travel to further corners of the city by the developed public transport. The nearest railway station Warszawa Centralna is only 3.1 km from the apartment, which is very convenient for guests travelling by train.
