East Side of Warsaw Studio 103 is located in the district of Praga Południe. It is a sprawling sports and leisure district, known for the PGE Narodowy stadium, home to some of Poland's best sporting, entertainment and business events. It is also a place known for its nightlife centre with lively cocktail bars and wine bars on Francuska Street and bars under the Poniatowski Bridge and in Saska Kępa that are open in the summer.  
  
The flat is in close proximity to the East Railway Station, from where you can easily and quickly get to the city centre. Also nearby is the historic Skaryszewski Park with its ponds, sculptures and walking paths, the Neon Museum and the C.H Wileńska shopping centre.  
  
East Side of Warsaw Studio 103 features a stylishly furnished living room with a large comfortable bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony. Guests have a range of practical amenities at their disposal, including , free wi-fi, iron, TV and much more. The flat also offers a free parking space in the underground garage. Garage parking is for cars under 2 tonnes and under 2 metres. The platform has technical restrictions.
