Bonjour, Nous n’avons séjourné qu’une nuit, dans cet hôtel, pour une correspondance. L’accueil, la propreté ainsi que confort était au rendez-vous, mais … je pense qu’il y a un gros problème dans la communication entres les équipes de nuit et de jour. En effet, nous avions demandé un petit déjeuner à emporter, pour le lendemain, comme notre vol était tôt, le personnel de nuit nous avait confirmé que c’était possible. La mauvaise surprise arrive le lendemain, à notre départ, où on nous a dit qu’il fallait faire la demande, ce que nous avions fait. Nous devions embarquer alors nous ne nous sommes pas attarder. L’hôtel Courtyard Bonvoy by Marriott, est cette confortable, mais la qualité du personnel n’est pas au niveau. Je précise que le petit déjeuner était payé d’avance, et nous n’avons pas été servis, ni remboursés, ni aucune excuse, pour une faute qui était clairement liée au personnel

Please accept our sincere apologies for not receiving the breakfast boxes upon your departure as promised by the reception staff. The orders for breakfast boxes for the next early morning are made late in the evening by the reception team so that the night shift cook can prepare them. That is why the morning reception team was unable to provide you with the boxes on the spot. We have passed your comments to our reception manager in order to deal with the issue. We are looking forward to welcoming you again.

Convenient comfort
VERY smart hotel just across from the terminal. Spacious rooms, elegant decoration and friendly and helpful reception staff. The breakfast buffet looked excellent but the Covid rules adopted by the hotel spoilt it. Guests looked at the buffet from a distance and explained what they wanted. With two or three serving and guests lining up, the strategy proved burdonsome. But the hotel is fine for an early departure or a late arrival.

It's a perfect hotel after you arrive on a long flight, clean, friendly staff, amenities, and transportation to downtown Warsaw. I wish the water was hotter, not sure why it was just warm, but not uncomfortable, I guess the North Americans are used to hot showers.

The hotel room was surprisingly quiet for a hotel located next door to the airport. The staff was super nice and friendly. The only suggestion I have is that the shower glass was short and the water kept splashing outside the shower cabin. It should have been wider.

The website advertises that the reception speaks Russian. When I came up to the desk and asked Kasia if I could speak Russian she said no. Luckily I speak English, and that was not a problem. It was my first stay in Marriot hotel, and the receptionist did not warn me, that after I have entered the room, I should insert the card into a slot in the wall for the electricity to work. The floor in the bathroom was slippery, and there was a note that a slippery resistant mat was available upon request. I feel that it's a very basic safety standard and I should not spend time and energy to request it. The room was clean, so the cleaning personnel did a great job.
