The best thing about this hotel is its location. It’s a 10 minute walk from the train station and 5 minute walk to the 175 bus to the airport. It was located in a very convenient area that was close to Warsawa Centralna and Aleja Jerozolimskie (apologies for spelling). Our room even had an excellent view of the Palace of Culture and Science. The room itself was spacious and clean. We did not see an air conditioning system in the room, but the windows opened and we were able to get cool, fresh air that way. Staff was friendly and helpful, and spoke English. This hotel fit the bill - an easy flat walk from both stations, close to places to get a quick dinner, and with 24 hour reception. The room had a lovely view of the Palace of Culture and Science, great natural light and a window that opened for fresh air. Excellent hot water. Two points to note - while the hotel has an elevator, the landings are between the floors, so you need to either carry your suitcase up or down a half flight of stairs even if you use the elevator. Further, the refrigerator in my room was very noisy (I think it was the ice in the freezer cracking during the defrosting cycle) which caused some disturbed sleep - probably solvable with ear plugs but with my early start I was worried about sleeping through my alarm so didn't wear ear plugs and was woken up repeatedly by the loud cracking sounds. När vi bad om en varsin nyckel så var extranyckeln bortkastad.
