The fully equipped apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people - an ideal choice for a family getaway or a group of friends. The highly functional 37 m² space consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom with shower. The living area, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a TV with Internet TV, is the perfect place to relax. There is also a small balcony with a view of the neighborhood and the center of the capital in the distance. A bedroom with a double bed provides the perfect place to relax. A wide range of amenities and comprehensive furnishing of the apartment with the necessary kitchen and bathroom accessories and equipment guarantees a comfortable stay. Also in the area is the remarkable Royal Baths Park (400 m) - the former summer residence of King Stanislaw August of Poland with its historic gardens. At a distance of 1.3 km is the Belvedere Palace, 1.6 km - the Botanical Garden of Warsaw University. Stary Mokotow is a district that is part of Downtown Warsaw and is characterized by its proximity to the center and at the same time a cozy, quiet atmosphere. The property's location is well connected to other parts of Warsaw, thanks to an extensive public transportation network. Access to the city center takes about 10 minutes by car.
