The house at 11 Barwinka Street in Józefosław is an ideal proposal for families, couples or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing space for relaxation in a quiet, green area near Warsaw. The interior of the house was designed with comfort and relaxation in mind - bright colors, natural light and modern yet cozy finishes dominate. There are two separate bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with a single bed - and a spacious living room with a sofa bed, which also serves as a living area. The kitchenette is equipped with modern appliances, such as an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and a coffee maker for ground coffee, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease. The house has two bathrooms - one with a shower, the other with a bathtub and an additional shower - for convenience even for longer stays. There is also a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board at guests' disposal. The living room has a Smart TV and Wi-Fi, allowing both remote work and evening relaxation. Additional features include a work desk and a balcony with access from one of the bedrooms, as well as a private garden - perfect for morning coffee or relaxing outdoors. The estate where the building is located is characterized by modern, intimate terraced housing. The estate has plenty of greenery and convenient parking spaces in the driveways. Nearby stores, service outlets, restaurants and a shopping center are available. Access to the center of Warsaw takes about 25-30 minutes by car. There are bus stops in the neighborhood. The location at Barwinka 11 is a perfect combination of the comfort of living in a quiet, green area with convenient access to urban infrastructure. It is a place that offers both relaxation surrounded by nature and quick access to everything you need on a daily basis.
