Summary:  
This modern 55 m² apartment located on Banderii Street in Warsaw's Wola district is the perfect place for a comfortable stay in the capital. The location ensures peace and comfort, while also providing quick access to the city centre – approximately 1 km to the underground station, 2.5 km to the Warsaw Uprising Museum and only a 13-minute drive to the Old Town. There are also numerous restaurants and parks in the area.  
  
The apartment is designed for 4 guests and offers a balcony, parking space, TV, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchenette. Towels, bed linen and toiletries are provided for guests, and easy check-in and check-out are ensured. A VAT invoice can be issued on request.  
  
It is an excellent choice for those who value comfort, space and a great location in the heart of Warsaw!  
  
The Space:  
Fully equipped, aesthetic apartment can accommodate 4 people - perfect for a business trip or a family trip. The living space consists of a spacious living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet and a bathtub. The space of the apartment is very tastefully decorated and functionally equipped, with bright and warm décor combined with vivid colors. The apartment has many amenities, such as free WiFi, a flat-screen TV and extensive kitchen and bathroom equipment. Guests can also benefit from a private balcony with garden furniture overlooking the city. Those travelling by car can park for free on a private parking spot in the underground parking lot in the building.

The district is also highly developed, which helps to meet all daily needs. In the estate, on the ground floor of the buildings, there are service and food outlets. The location of the apartment is an excellent base for exploring the rest of Warsaw, thanks to the good connection with other districts. The nearest metro station, ''Młynów'', is about 1 km from the apartment. Using public transport, the city center can be reached in 25 minutes and the Old Town in 20 minutes.
