not good

The only good thing was the location. The place was filthy ! The kitchen had nothing in it ! no plates, cups utensils ....nothing !! Old and worn-out furniture.... not enough toilet paper.... we came at 5pm, the place was not ready ! very disappointing !!

Smelled of dog no service

Dont go! The reception and rooms smelled of dog. We booked for 4 persons and there were only beds for 3 and we could only have two blankets.

Idealne miejsce w centrum stolicy

Przyjechałem na szkolenie w firmie która mieści się w tym samym budynku. Na miejsce szkolenia miałem do przejścia 3 minuty. Bardzo mi odpowiada takie położenie hotelu. Ponadto miałem możliwość dokonania zakupów w bardzo blisko położonej ( dosłownie po drugiej stronie ulicy ) galerii Arkadia.

Helpful service, but dirty and uncomfortable rooms

It's not really a hotel. It's more of an apartment rental service in the Babka tower. Good service and helpful staff, but sadly the room was very uncomfortable and not very clean. There was only one queen size bed with a nasty dirty mattress and only one small duvet. The extra one in the cabinet didn't have a cover and was dirty and nasty. Internet only worked for short periods of time. Shower door was broken, bathroom door was broken and didn't close properly and the apartment was a duplex with another room behind paper thin walls where there were noisy people staying. It was like we were in the same room.. We had to use four different keys to get in, and both the reception in the tenth floor and the apartment on the 2nd floor was hard to locate. We were scammed by a taxi driver when we got there too, so I guess we were not in a great mood when we got there and started looking for the reception.

Wohnungsvermietung mit Check-In

Es handelt sich auf keinen Fall um ein Hotel. Ein Check-in Schalter befindet sich in einem anderen Aufgang des Gebäudes. Es werden Zimmer in Wohnungen verteilt in einem Wohn- und Geschäftskomplex vermietet. Die Zimmer sind recht angenehm. Bei Problemen bewegt sich jedoch der Service nicht aus seinem Zimmer. Probleme müssen so umständlicher Weise selbst behoben werden. Auch die angebotene Mini-Bar war abgelaufen und unvollständig, was aber auch nicht weiter störte. Ich buchte diese Unterkunft, da u.a. ein Schwimmbad mit angeboten wurde. Irrtum, sämtlich angebotene Serviceleistungen befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung, welche dann aber auch dort bezahlt werden müssen. Das ganze stellt also auf keinen Fall ein Hotel dar! Das angebotene W-Lan ist kostenlos, wenn es funktioniert ....

Vi havde forstillet os et hotel og ikke en udlejnings lejlighed i et lejlighedskompleks. Vi bestilte dette hotel grundet pool, men den var lukket. Og alle de faciliteter som er beskrevet var enten lukket eller?? Men som overnatning og ophold var der super.

Ross, the Netherlands December 4, 2014 We arrived in the night, There was no indication, it's a hotel, no nameplate with Entrance. I was afraid, we had to sleep under a bridge. Finally we found the right building, Babka tower.ON the 9th floor was it dark. The man behind the net , dos not give us service. We asked him to accompany us, to the app. 2 blocks farther. No, the man had to stay there..... Was there a map of the surroundings, the city, I havenot see it. We had to open 5 doors with 4 different keys. My old friend was tired, he walked with suitcase and his stick. It was difficult with all the keys , like in a labyrinth. Suddenly the lamp in the stairwell stops. We had to look in dark to a button, what a poverty. When we were arrived near our appartment, the men was there too.... Now he had time? o service, no Our appartment was fair, the bed was old, too low for elder people. On the floor was a carpet, under it ware damage of the parket. But the carpet was rolling up, very dangerous. And for elder people, there are no good lamps, where you can read. So I put a chair and read in the bathroom. This is not a hotwel, this are appartments without service in a normal appartment , where families live permantent. Yes it was a room with a view, the cimetry, the church, the Polisch flaf, the tramways, the rotonde. And there was silence, we didnot hear anything. But we never come back.

Synes at det var besværligt, at receptionen ligger på 9. sal i en sektion og at hotelværelser, vi var en gruppe, blev placeret i to forskellige sektioner. At vi skulle bruge 3 nøgler ved det ene værelse for at komme ind. Beliggendehed fint ved siden af Akaden.
