The staff is helpfull, the girl on reception described how optimally to get to the bus station Zachodnia.There's a great cozy lobby, where you can enjoy evening tea-coffee or just sit with the laptop. The Internet is great. Breakfast was siple. Clean, modern touch yet cozy and I really felt the area to be more authentic and nice to be in when in Warsaw. I felt safe at the hostel and got great service. The only thing is maybe that the sounds from the reception could be heard quite a lot into the room.
