On the middle level there are two queen size bedrooms with bathroom and toilet. A large lounge, dining and kitchen area is also on this level with a gas log fire.This area has fantastic views from every window of the Hopkins river, from which you could just about cast a fishing line in from the balcony. Downstairs there is a queen size bedroom with a full ensuite and another lounge room looking out onto a large swimming pool area, also has large veranda.There is also a single bedroom with bunks and a separate toilet.
