Casa Luma is a brand new stylish and spacious four-bedroom home, perfectly positioned for a relaxing beachside getaway. Thoughtfully designed and beautifully appointed, it’s the ideal base for families or groups looking to explore Warrnambool and beyond.  
  
Start your stay with the convenience of a secure garage – complete with 3-phase EV charging, perfect for electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles.  
  
Step inside to a generous entryway and the first of three comfortable living spaces. From here, move through to the light-filled open plan kitchen, dining, and main lounge area. The expansive kitchen features a large island bench with barstool seating – ideal for casual meals or keeping an eye on the kids while you cook. The dining table seats eight and overlooks the garden area. Start your morning with a barista quality coffee at the touch of a button with the supplied pod machine.  
  
The main living room includes a large-screen TV and an inviting L-shaped sofa – perfect for curling up after a day at the beach. Glass doors lead out to the fully fenced backyard, where you’ll find outdoor dining and a firepit – perfect for balmy summer evenings with family and friends.  
  
Downstairs, you’ll also find the first of three bathrooms, featuring a walk-in shower and toilet.  
  
Upstairs opens into a third living area, with a selection of kids' games for your use. From this level, enjoy glimpses of the sea in the distance. The sleeping quarters include:  
  
Two Queen bedrooms, each with built-in robes  
  
A twin bedroom with two single beds with built-in robes  
  
A spacious master retreat with a King bed, cosy seating area, and private ensuite (walk-in shower and toilet)  
  
Casa Luma is just a short walk from Logans Beach, famous for whale watching in winter and perfect for a refreshing swim in summer. The nearby Hopkins River is great for fishing, while Warrnambool’s vibrant CBD offers a fantastic range of cafes, restaurants, and shopping.
