"Hotels.com completely dropped the ball on this one. The hotel is not operating. 3 weeks before I checked in, I started to get emails saying the hotel was closed, but they had the wrong itinerary number, and my booking was still active so I called Hotels.com. They told me the emails and calls were scams and to ignore them! "The property was fantastic. Clean, modern, and functional. And the staff was kind, patient, and had a great sense of humor. The only thing about the room that I think could be updated is the shower head (definitely below par), and I would have liked to have seen more power outlets on the night stands. Otherwise it was fantastic!"
