"Every time I stop at O’Hare I stay in this hotel for it is my guilty pleasure. Great dinning, and even if you want to try different cuisines, the options are at a walking distance."

"It is very confusing that there are two Sheraton hotels at O’Hare airport the first day I arrived I went to the wrong hotel and of course had to shuttle back to the airport and then to the right hotel it was still confusing even after two or three days trying to talk to a driver to figure out which is the right hotel. Many people traveling, arrive knowing they need to stay at the Sheraton. They don’t have the address memorized and are they anticipating that they are too.
