"The room was clean. The staff was pleasant. However, there was no information given. For instance, how to locate and turn the fireplace on. Where the pet area was located to take our puppy potty. A notebook with this information in the room would've been helpful along with local restaurants, things to do, etc. We ended up not using the fireplace. We felt it was unsafe as we had a small puppy with us and there was no glass covering the front of it. It was plenty warm in our room so there was no need to have it on. We rented 2 rooms and our son complained of not having enough towels for 6 people for two nights in their room. Also, the first night our grandchildren were so looking forwards to swimming and the pool got shut down because someone got sick in it. Overall, a nice time was had by all. "
