Summary:  
Welcome to Brumbys Run by Tiny Away! The ideal farm stay Victoria getaway nestled in the rolling hills of Warragul South. Where you can enjoy the slow country atmosphere, fresh air, and farm animals to keep you company. Only 6kms South of the Princes Highway, and just a few blocks from Warragul's main shopping district, restaurant, and café hub.  
  
The Space:  
Brumbys Run by Tiny Away is the nearest accommodation in Warragul, just 6 minutes from the tiny home and an hour's drive from Melbourne. Civic Park, Hogget Kitchen, the Coffee Pod, Toorongo Falls, and Puffing Billy Train are just a few of the recommended attractions our vacationers enjoy.   
  
A comfortable accommodation of 113-square-feet with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for you to use.   
  
If you plan to spend your farm stay Victoria getaways here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you!  
  
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be other guests on the property. A second tiny house called "Emus Nest" sits on the same property, strategically placed just a little over 10 meters apart. If you want to book in groups, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.  
  
Guest Access:  
Guest will have access to tiny house and its surroundings, including the car parking area provided. If you're looking to visit shops, this retreat is the closest accommodation in Warragul.  
  
Please note that the main house is quite separate from the tiny house. If you're interested, our property also hosts a function venue for group events  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Brumbys Run by Tiny Away is located in Warragul South, only 6 minutes away from Warragul and an hour's drive from Melbourne. Where you can explore native wildlife, parks, and some of our local favourites including Hogget Kitchen, the Coffee Pod, and Puffing Billy Train.  
  
Our local recommendations:  
  
\- Healesville Sanctuary is home to a variety of native Aussie wildlife and interactive activities for everyone to enjoy.  
\- Alpine Trout Farm is well-known for supplying the highest quality products (i.e., trout) to its domestic and international consumers.  
\- Civic Park is the perfect place to play with the children, with a playground, water fountains on the small pond, and open space for kiting.  
\- Nojee Trestle Bridge Rail Trail is one of Victoria's most historic trestle bridges and popular tourist attractions, surrounded by dense tall forest.  
\- Toorongo Falls is a great bushwalking track with spectacular views of natural towering gum trees, lush ferns, and streams cascading over the granite falls.  
  
Getting Around:  
By car:   
  
\- 12 mins drive from Drouin  
\- 6 mins drive from Warragul  
\- 1 hr drive from Melbourne   
\- 2 hr drive from Paynesville. However, we recommend guests travel by their private vehicle transport for easy access to nearby attractions. Taxi’s Service is available from Warragul CBD  
  
By public transport: Public buses do travel to the area, but require quite a walk to reach the property.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
\- Wifi is not available  
\- STRICTLY No pets allowed  
\- No smoking allowed on the property  
\- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed  
\- Mobile reception is overall average but good with Telstra  
\- Please be advised that we have livestock (and noise) on our property  
\- We have an emu, horses, alpacas, cats, chickens, and sheep on our property  
\- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission  
\- Don't forget to close the windows and lock the doors when leaving the tiny house  
\- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)  
\- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge  
\- Please be advised that there will be other guests on site as there is another tiny house on the property  
  
Important note:  
  
\- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property  
\- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban  
\- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the \[compost/cassette\] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.

#### Looking for a short getaway from Melbourne? 

This is the right spot for you! Really enjoyed my stay with the sunset and sunrise. It was amazing. Many farm animals to look at. Don’t even mention the farm cat name “Smudge”. She’s the most cuddly cat i’ve ever seen! She welcomed us warmly by rubbing her body against our legs! Communication with the team was terrific! Didn’t disappoint me at all. Overall, recommended for a short getaway.
