### Cozy bungalow near largest dune area of the Netherlands, beach and North Sea

Detached cozy bungalow with infrared sauna and garden around. Rural environment near the Schoorl dunes, beach, sea, forests and cycle paths! The zoo, golf course, indoor and outdoor playground, swimming paradise, etc. Everything within cycling distance.  
  
The house is located in a recreation park where facilities such as a reception, bar, restaurant, playground, animal park, tennis court, mini golf, etc. are present. The supermarket, shops, etc. are within cycling distance (2000 m).  
  
The house was completely renovated inside and out in 2015 and finished to a high standard. The fully detached house offers privacy through a private garden that can be closed completely. In the garden there is an infrared sauna and also a large trampoline for the children. There is comfortable garden furniture for 5 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and the barbecue has also been thought of. The windows in the bedrooms are fitted with mosquito nets. You can park your car in the parking lot next to the house and park your bikes in the storage room.

Surroundings:  
The extensive Schoorl dunes and forests with the many cycling and hiking trails start about 2 kilometers from the park. Nearby you will find the villages Schoorl, Bergen, Egmond, Callantsoog and of course the beach and the sea.  
In Alkmaar all major stores are represented and there is the weekly famous historical cheese market. In Schagen there is a lively West-Frisian market every week.  
  
It is beautiful cycling through the dunes or the flower bulb fields. The holiday park is located on the West Frisian surrounding dike that connects many beautiful places by a 126 kilometer continuous cycle path. The Schoorl dune area is the highest and widest dune area in the Netherlands!  
  
For the children there is a lot of entertainment in the immediate area:  
\- The Hollebolle tree swimming and (indoor) play paradise  
\- Blankendaal zoo  
\- Hoenderdael Zoo  
\- Kabouterpad, Schoorl  
\- Outdoor park, Alkmaar  
\- De Goudvis play park

Within cycling distance you will find the beaches of Schoorl aan Zee, Hargen aan Zee and Bergen aan Zee, Petten and Callantsoog.  
Public recreation area and free access is the Geestmerambacht; swimming, sunbathing, surfing, diving and boating.  
  
In addition to the dunes, the beach and the sea, there is much to do and see in the immediate area.  
You can also enjoy culinary delights as there is a wide range of catering establishments; from Michelin star restaurant Merlet (Schoorl) to the many beach pavilions, restaurants and nightlife in the nearby area.  
  
From November to March, rent for a longer period is possible at a special rate. Please contact us for this.

Wir haben unsere paar Tage Auszeit in Esthers gemütlichem, hellen und freundlichen Häuschen mit Kamin sehr genossen. Es war sauber und die Austattung hat keinen Wunsch offen gelassen. Gerne wieder und sehr weiterzuempfehlen :)

#### Wohlfühlatmosphäre

Wir haben vier zauberhafte Tage in dieser sehr schön eingerichteten Ferienwohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten, wir haben gut geschlafen und hatten dazu noch traumhaftes Wetter. Ganz herzlichen Dank nochmal!

#### Traumhafter Urlaub 

Der Bungalow ist top ausgestattet und es war wirklich alles vorhanden. Es war sehr sauber und alles gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Es war genau wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Es war ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub! Das Haus ist perfekt! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Sauna ist ein Highlight und unsere Kinder haben das Trampolin geliebt. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, der Strand traumhaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Very, very clean. Much better than pictures. Great restaurants close. Super markets with large quality and choices. Beach not too far. Easy access to Amsterdam via freeway. Beds were super soft and restful. Large number of serving plates and cooking pans. Thank you for the bottle of wine. Thank from my family.

Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles, was man braucht. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und es war alles sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Empfehlenswert!

#### Schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Bungalow, es war alles da was man brauchte. Durch den Kamin und Kerzen war es sehr gemütlich. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Sauna war das Highlight des Aufenthaltes. Unkomplizierte Verwendung von Geräten, leider ohne Smart Tv aber wir haben unseren Amazon Fire Tv Stick mitgebracht und es hat mit dem kostenlosen WLAN gut funktioniert. Schlüsselübergabe war einfach und gut erklärt. Einziger Minus Punkt wäre von uns die zu kleine Couch, grad als Familie mit 4-5 Leuten ist sie leider etwas zu klein. In den Betten haben wir allerdings gut geschlafen, danke für das Willkommensgeschenk! Wir würden es weiterempfehlen!

#### Schnuckeliges, sauberes und perfekt ausgestattetes Häuschen

Dieses Haus ist mit Abstand das Beste, was wir jemals in Holland hatten. Alles war supersauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist optimal, um Nordholland zu erkunden. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder her….

#### Nettes Häusschen direkt am Damm

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und wir konnten von dort aus alles mit dem Fahrrad erkunden. Der Strand ist ca. 20 min mit dem ebike entfernt. Die Schlafzimmer sind etwas kleiner als wir dachten sind aber dennoch damit gut zurecht gekommen. Es liegt sehr ruhig allerdings hatten wir es sehr warm und die ein oder andere Schnake hat dann doch den Weg ins Haus gefunden. Küche ist top ausgestattet. Wer etwas Ruhe und Bewegung möchte ist hier genau richtig. Vielen Dank an Esther
