Great location, was able to walk everywhere. Clean hotel, beds were comfortable. Probably could use a little bit of updating but overall nice.

The two times I have been here, there were no trash bags in the trash can. Nothing too major, but we were two women and it was that time of the month. Also, I wish the fees were more upfront. We had a dog and a car, and when making the reservation ~2 weeks before, I didn’t realize the pet fee had not been added. By the end, I added almost $100 to the total price. Parking, check-in/out and navigation was smooth.

The staff was Absolutely amazing. Warm, accommodating and very knowledgeable about the area. The pool and hot tub were great as well. And the complimentary breakfast happy hour drinks were great as well! Definitely making this our spot in NO from now on

not great but not terrible. hot tub on the roof wasn't working (one of the big selling points for us staying). kickback meal/drinks were of very poor quality (food was dreadful, beer was room temperature at best). loud barking dog a few rooms away woke us up extremely early and staff did nothing. that said, the room was comfortable, spacious, and well-kept. but honestly unless you're on a very tight budget i'd suggest looking for other hotels next time

I had a fire alarm go off at 4am -7 am in the second day of my stay. I had an import event that day and this disrupted my sleep terribly. Staff didn’t seem to care or have any urgency to resolve the problem. Then I was scolded in by the breakfast attendant because she wasn’t able to control the situation of who got what. When I brought that to the attention of management they made her apologize which was just her rubbing my shoulder when I hate to be touched so that was also terrible. The staff is rude and inconsiderate. Wouldn’t stay again

The room was very clean and had 12ft ceilings. What hotel will get you that!!. The king size room was also spacious. The TV should have been bigger for the room though! But it deserves 5 stars

Very Centrally located. Two blocks from market and five blocks from the French Quarter. The 530 brunch and drinks were an added bonus. Would recommend this hotel very highly.

Great location close to transportation and all that New Orleans has to offer. Staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. Parking is reasonably priced and allows unlimited in and outs which is a plus. The breakfast and kick back that were included in the cost of the hotel were great perks, especially when traveling with children.

Hotel was located around business buildings and other hotels, not in the French Quarter but in a short walking distance. That meant no noise and lots of tourists but easy to get there to enjoy it (if desired). Room was clean and serviced daily. I requested an extra blanket and I immediately received one - al my requests were promptly addressed. The evening "kick-back” was a nice way to meet other people and included cooked food in addition to beverages. I would chose this hotel again.

This hotel is in a perfect location. We walked to a several restaurants and a basketball game. The employees were very friendly. The hotel is very clean and well cared for. We enjoyed our stay and the next time we are in New Orleans we will be back!

I felt very secure there; had to use the key to get into the property, as well as to use the elevator. The front desk staff are excellent with directions, maps, transportation, or even just a chat. Shout out to Jamie and Alex. The drinks and meals were very good. We ate breakfast there every morning and were good until early afternoon. The hot tub could've been a bit hotter, and the jets stronger, but still relaxing. Excellent experience at this property.

It is a beautiful hotel with a great rooftop pool and hottub. The pullout couch left a bit to be desired and the bed mattresses certainly need a refresh. All in all great location and love the place.
