All of our 12 meals were fast, hot, fresh and yummy! 😋 I think our stay was during a time of new hirings, so I'd say they were as accommodating as possible. Seemed they learned along with us. 😏. The night reception was as helpful as possible and very accommodating. The daytime lady was actually quite rude and treated us as if we were an annoyance. Rooms were affordable and on point for other options in the area. This hotel could definitely use an upgrade but for the price point I'm happy with everything and would definitely stay again. I would recommend this option to anyone needing last minute short stays."

"The only complaint I have is the window wasextremely dirty and hard to look out of. Steep stairs. If you have problems with stairs this place isnt for you. You could call and see what accommodations they could make for you. the staff seem very helpful. "

"Very clean. Very large rooms. Just wish the restaurant had more of a family menu. But that is it. Even with trains right behind the hotel..you can't hear them."

"Rooms are clean. Beds are comfy. Air conditioning is good. The pool is cold. The hot tub seems too hot. Sauna is good size. Breakfast is good. The Pub is a bit of a let down but maybe it is just the selection we ordered. Excellent staff service! Overall a good experience."
