"I had a great night at the hotel. The bed was soft and the room was very nicee for a good price. My only problem was when I was checking in and the stsff couldn't find my reservation because they were going by last names instead of first names. "

Our air was not working when we returned at almost midnight from a concert. They promptly sent someone to work on it then when he could not repair it, we were moved to a new room.
