Ivy Hill offers a lifestyle that includes pristine nature, clear waterways, and sandy beaches. The homestead has recently undergone extensive renovations providing the highest level of design and comfort. Renovations were completed in 2023 and the home is furnished with high end furniture. Wapengo, and the local region, offers some of the world’s best whale watching, oysters from pristine waters, un spoilt and secluded sandy beaches, extensive national parks, lakes and rivers, serene ocean pools, farm produce and charming villages. It is a beautiful place to holiday, and is renowned for its peaceful, natural lifestyle and pleasant seaside climate. This exclusive home provides a luxurious escape on the edge of the Mimosa Rocks National Park and is only 15 mins from Tathra, and 20 mins from Bermagui. The home features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms plus separated living areas that will suit bigger families for that special getaway. Book this accommodation for your wedding, family getaway or special celebration. Set on almost 80 acres of lush grazing land with extensive manicured gardens, the property is only 5 mins from the secluded beaches of the national park and provides a private stay for those seeking a true escape. 4 bedrooms are all king rooms with king beds, and 2 bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms with in floor heating. The 5th bedroom is set up as a bunkroom for 4 children. All rooms are light and airy and most feature a view of the farm and surrounds so you can wake up to a sunny, magnificent view. A true chefs kitchen is fitted with high end appliances and 2 full dishwashers, making it ideal for any gourmet event you could imagine.
