After checking in, we had to change rooms as there was mold in the bathroom, a large rotting patch of wood flooring and a multitude of stains on the carpet and furniture. The staff truly tried their best, upgrading us to a larger room, but often the service fell short in delivery (dining, customer service, management...). Hotel is in a remote part of Hinan with very few western visitors.
