WoogePrima - The name is program Dream apartment in a prime location for 4 people with a huge wrap around balcony. Great apartment The 81 m² WoogePrima apartment in the "Anna See" residence has a spacious living room with a large couch for relaxing and enjoying. The modern kitchen area with dining table is fully equipped and high quality. The exquisite apartment is completely surrounded by a 32 m² balcony in the south, east and north. In the north with sea view, in the east with a beach basket and in the south with a view of the Wattenmeer and the Zedeliusstraße. From each of the rooms flooded by the bodententfen windows one has access to the balcony. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (one of them even with sea view) and a luxurious bathroom with shower, WC and bidet. Great facilities High quality furniture, a large and cozy couch, a huge TV; a Blu-Ray player and a sound system, high-quality kitchen equipment, high-quality beds, a large modern bathroom with bidet and the wonderful balcony with sea view offer far more than is usual with a normal apartment. Great location Only 50 meters from the beach in the immediate vicinity of the beach promenade and the Cafe Puddings you are in the Residenz Anna lake in the middle of the action of Wangerooge. This apartment is a non-smoking apartment; Pets are not allowed. Die Lage ist sensationell, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Zudem war im Haus auch eine kostenlos zu benutzende Waschmaschine und Trockner. Aufgrund des Bettenwechsels war die Wohnung am Ankunftstag allerdings erst um 17:30 bezugsfertig. Daher hier nur zwei Sterne. Die Mitarbeiter von Immoog waren ausnahmslos sehr freundlich. Diese ist wirklich gut ausgestattet, auch der W-Lan Empfang lässt (inzwischen?) nichts mehr zu wünschen übrig. Trotz der zentralen Lage schläft man auch bei offenen Fenster ruhig, zumindest sofern einen das Meeresrauschen im Kinderzimmer nicht stört ;-) Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung! ##### Thilo K. Einrichtung neu und zeitgemäß. Die Lage ist außerordentlich vorteilhaft - direkt vis-à vis zu Cafè Pudding und trotzdem ruhig. Der Vermieter ist sehr entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Einzige, was es negativ anzumerken ist, ist der WLAN Empfang. Da musste man sich schon die besten Ecken bezüglich der Netzperformance suchen.
