2-family house "Haus am See". 800 m from the centre of Hohenkirchen, on the outskirts, 8.5 km from the centre of Horumersiel, 50 m from the lake, 150 m from the beach. Private: property 400 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and trees. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Supermarket 700 m, restaurant 800 m, bakery 700 m, café 800 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Jever" 12 km, sandy beach "Schillig" 9.5 km, park "Horumersiel" 8.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 8.5 km, indoor swimming pool 8.5 km. Marina 8.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 20 km, surf school, sailing school 100 m. Please note: fishing \[permit required\]. The friendly owner lives on the ground floor (sales of fresh fish), he owns a sailing boat (guided tours or rental on request on site).  
3-room apartment 60 m2 on 1st floor. Object suitable for 4 adults + 2 children. Cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (130 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 small room with 1 double bed.
