« Small error during the check-in process : on the number of nights of my stay and the fact that the room was already paid so they had to double-check twice. The room was quite spacious but may need a refresh. The food at the cafe (after 10pm) was very disappointing. The one at the chinese restaurant though was very good. Convenient since there is an ATM in the lobby. »

« This excellent hotel is located near train station. There are public buses to the central walking street and flood control monument. Famous dumpling restaurant chain nearby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, well decorated, clean and warm. One of my best hotel experience in China, and for a very reasonable price too. I would stay here again if visiting Harbin. Staff speak English. »

« The room was a bit on the older side and didn't feel overly maintained. Lots of the wallpaper was peeling. At least one ceiling tile was sagging low. The bed was very hard. It had low water pressure. The room itself was clean, and the hardwood furnite was quite nice. »
