The large sunny section and an upstairs rumpus room make it ideal for family groups, offering a teen-friendly TV den. This spacious property includes a flat lawn, and is pet-friendly, catering to all family members.  
  
Step outside to the sun-soaked patio, equipped with an outdoor bar fridge and Weber BBQ for alfresco dining and entertaining. The two-level home boasts four bedrooms accommodating up to 11 guests, complemented by three bathrooms, a separate toilet, and full laundry facilities.
