### Marjon Peak Retreat Wanaka

Please note: The spa is available from June 15 to September 15\. Outside of this period, it can be made available on request for an additional cost. The pool is available from November 1 to March 31 only.  
  
Experience the ultimate Wānaka getaway in this spacious four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home, thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertaining. With stunning mountain views and exceptional indoor-outdoor flow, this property is perfect for families or groups looking to unwind in style. The location is unbeatable, just 35 minutes to the Cardrona Alpine Resort access road and only 5 minutes from Lake Wānaka.  
  
At the heart of the home is the open plan living area, where vaulted ceilings and skylights flood the space with natural light. The luxe kitchen features high-end appliances, a dedicated coffee nook with a Nespresso machine, and a wine fridge for effortless entertaining. Gather around the island bench or unwind on the nearby window seat while meals are being prepared. A gas fireplace and TV add warmth and comfort, making it an ideal space to relax.  
  
A separate media room with a Smart TV provides a second space to unwind. Heat pumps throughout the home ensure the home is cosy year-round, no matter the season.  
  
The home’s layout offers excellent flexibility. On the ground floor, you’ll find the first bedroom, while upstairs are two more, including the spacious master suite with its own private balcony and breathtaking mountain views. The fourth bedroom is a fun loft-style retreat located above the garage, perfect for kids or as a flexible sleeping option for the whole family.  
  
Step outside to a private outdoor entertaining area, complete with a wood-burning fireplace, outdoor lounge and dining settings, BBQ, spa, and pool.  
  
Additional amenities include a full laundry with a washing machine and dryer, and off street parking. Stay connected with unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work or keeping in touch during your stay.  
Whether you’re chasing winter powder or soaking up the summer sun, this stylish and spacious home is the perfect base to enjoy everything Wānaka has to offer. Thoughtfully designed to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible.

This property is located within a residential area. Please respect neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum at all times. Parties, gatherings and events are not permitted.  
  
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be directed to our guest portal. Before check-in, you’ll need to complete a quick identity verification by scanning your driver’s license or passport. This step ensures the property owners\` peace of mind by confirming your identity, similar to a hotel check-in process. Rest assured, your ID will not be stored in our system. Our guest portal adheres to the highest level of PCI compliance for your security. This process is essential as we operate a self-check-in system.
