Situated in an ideal location, directly opposite the lake's edge and just a short stroll into town, our home offers convenience and comfort. The proximity to The Wanaka Tree, Waterfall Creek walk/cycle track, children's playground and a designated swimmers area across the road makes it an ideal spot for a family getaway. Our house is thoughtfully set up to cater to all, with a relaxed atmosphere and a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor spaces designed for year-round enjoyment. Take in the fabulous views of the lake from the bar leaner in the front garden, a sunny and spacious spot to unwind. The private outdoor area features a comfortable U-shaped outdoor couch, perfect for entertaining or peaceful relaxation. Alternatively, open the bi-fold doors from the open-plan living, kitchen and dining area onto the front lawn to connect with the outdoors. A Weber Gas BBQ is also provided for your convenience. Indulge in premium appliances in our well-equipped lounge, including a Nespresso machine.
