Imagine waking up for a morning dip in the lake, strolling to the local store for a coffee, and returning home to sit on the deck while enjoying the day. This beautifully renovated, ultra-central Wanaka home makes that lifestyle easy, with everything fresh, modern, and designed for a relaxed stay.  
  
The open-plan kitchen and living area creates a welcoming hub, with seating for four at the kitchen island serving as your main dining space, perfect for meals, coffee, or planning your day. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for effortless cooking, such as an air fryer, rice cooker, Breville coffee pod machine, and all essential cookware.  
  
The home features a fully tiled bathroom with a clean, contemporary finish, and two comfortable bedrooms. A deck with outdoor seating and a BBQ provides the perfect spot to relax or enjoy a meal outside.  
  
Set on a spacious section, the property provides room for outdoor activities along with convenient off-street parking. The laundry and an additional toilet are located in a separate exterior room just a couple of steps from the kitchen, super handy and easy to access.  
  
Entertainment and comfort are well covered with three TVs (one in the living area and one in each bedroom). A heat pump in the lounge and wall heaters in every bedroom keep the home cosy year-round.  
  
Located right in the heart of town and just a short walk from the lake, you’re also only moments from popular food trucks, the supermarket, boutique stores, cafés, and restaurants. With its fresh fit-out, excellent amenities, and unbeatable location, this home is the perfect base for your Wanaka getaway and is sure to impress a wide range of guests.

While this property is self-contained, Lakeview Properties wants to ensure you have everything necessary to begin your holiday smoothly.   
  
We provide essential amenities such as toilet paper, washing powder, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets or powder, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash.   
  
Please be aware that these are just initial supplies, and you may need to replenish them during your stay.  
OUR STRICT RULES:  
  
No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm:  
As we are situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you refrain from creating any disruptive noise after 10:00 pm. Our neighbours have been informed to notify us of any excessive noise disturbances. If you anticipate difficulty adhering to this rule, we kindly ask that you reconsider booking with us.  
  
Minimum age requirement:  
Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. The primary guest must be staying for the duration of the reservation and may be asked to provide ID for verification.  
  
No parties without prior approval:  
Any gatherings or events require prior approval, and unauthorised parties will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Please note there may be an additional fee for hosting extra guests if approved.  
  
Checkout is at 10:00 am:  
We kindly request that you check out by 10:00 am on the day of departure. If you require a late checkout, please submit your request at least 24 hours in advance. Late checkouts are subject to availability.  
  
No smoking inside the property:  
Smoking—including the use of any recreational drugs—is strictly prohibited inside the premises.  
  
Leave the property in a reasonable state:  
We expect the property to be left in a reasonable and tidy condition upon departure. Any additional cleaning required beyond standard procedures will be charged at $60 per hour. Please promptly report any damages, spills, or stains during your stay. If necessary, you may be held responsible for replacement or professional cleaning costs.  
  
Board games:  
We love that guests enjoy our games, but please ensure all games are returned to their original boxes before departure. As reassembling games is a time-consuming task, a $60 charge will apply if the cleaner needs to complete this.  
  
BBQ cleaning:  
The BBQ and utensils must be cleaned after each use by the guest. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning charge.
