Minimum age requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. The primary guest must be staying for the duration of the reservation and may be asked to provide ID for verification. No parties without prior approval: Any gatherings or events require prior approval, and unauthorised parties will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Please note there may be an additional fee for hosting extra guests if approved. Checkout is at 10:00 am: We kindly request that you check out by 10:00 am on the day of departure. Maybe this is meant to but I have never encountered this before. Also, the dishes don't come out very clean. I meant to check the filter but didnt get to it sorry.
