Perfect for families, professionals, or groups seeking comfort and convenience, great indoor and outdoor spaces. Bedrooms Master Bedroom: A spacious and serene room featuring a comfortable double bed, generous wardrobe space, and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower. Second Bedroom: Bright and airy, fitted with a double bed, cozy bedding, and chest of draws for storage. Third Bedroom: Is for single occupancy with a single bed plenty of storage in the wardrobe All bedrooms are decorated in a clean, modern style with cotton linens and towels provided for your convenience. Bathrooms Ensuite: Attached to the master bedroom, featuring a walk-in shower. Family Bathroom: Equipped with a full-size bathtub and overhead shower, ideal for both quick refreshes and relaxing soaks. Towels and essential toiletries are provided. Kitchen & Living The fully equipped kitchen includes a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and full cookware set — whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner. A bright open-plan living area with a large, comfortable sofa, smart TV, and tasteful décor offers the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring. Conservatory Dining & Garden One of the highlights of the home is the stunning glass conservatory, filled with natural light and styled as a beautiful dining space. Open the doors to a private, enclosed garden, perfect for entertaining, enjoying a summer BBQ, or relaxing with a drink at sunset. Outdoor seating and dining space make it ideal for families or groups in warmer months. We have 4 chairs outside, but feel free to use the chairs from the dining table for extra seating. Parking & Location Free private parking for one car on the front drive. There is free parking around the neighbourhood on the street, but please be respectful and not park / block any of the residents Just a short walk (10 minutes) to Walton-on-Thames station, with direct links to London Local shops, riverside walks, cafes, and amenities all within walking distance This lovely home combines modern comfort with thoughtful design touches, making it an ideal base whether you’re visiting for business, relocating, or simply enjoying a getaway in Surrey. Guests have full access to the home, as I occasionally use the property when not traveling, one room is locked for storage. Please treat my home with the same care as your own.
