« Cute little townhouse walking distance to everything. It was the perfect place to stay for our daughter’s graduation. The host thought of everything. From the coffee bar to the amenities in the showers and the nice fluffy towels. Our stay was wonderful. And the bonus, an attached 2 car garage. Would definitely recommend this property »

A few minor things: it would be helpful if there was a motion sensor light outside for when folks arrive in the evening. There was no light at all. Every morning, we looked out on a beautiful pasture filled with horses running, jumping, and frolicking in the crisp, fall air. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. We highly recommend this for your stay in Decatur -- you're in town, but you have the peace and serenity of the country. »

Came equipped with all necessities. literally just bring yourself and food kids messed up their clothes happy to have access to washer and dryer but you will need to bring your own laundry detergent and dryer sheets but overall if we come back down this way would definitely stay here again. »

« The whole vibe of the place was very relaxing. It is just a cute house out in the country. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed have a fire in the firepit one night. « When we arrived in the evening there were no lights on outside and it was difficult to find the home. I also contacted the host to let them know that the thermostat was set to 52 degrees and the house was freezing. It took hours for the temperature to come back up to the 60's (which is understandable as the house is older. They provided one thin extra blanket and unfortunately the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. »

Appreciated that we weren’t presented with a lengthy checkout list of cleaning tasks; the cleaning fee included in the price was actually for cleaning!We were in town for a graduation at a university about 30 minutes away but chose Athens for the nightlife. We were unfortunately unaware that on UGA game days the main roads around campus are shut down for hours during the day...
