« Very clean, quiet, and a very nice location to unwind. Hot tub worked great and the pool was refreshing. Amenities were within 2.5 miles, parks nearby, and so many restaurants to choose from. We enjoyed our time »

« We had a mini Christmas Vacation and stayed here over the weekend, the property is clean and omg it smells delicious (crazy over smells) the neighborhood is quiet and nice. We had a couple stops in our trip plan so everything was within a 13 -27 minute drive which made it perfect for our family since traveling with kids can be hectic. Totally recommend staying here and we will definitely be staying here again if we travel back to Georgia. Happy holidays and a blessed 2026 »

« We spent a lovely Thanksgiving week in this wonderful, cozy home just minutes away from our Decatur family. Every morning, we looked out on a beautiful pasture filled with horses running, jumping, and frolicking in the crisp, fall air. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. We highly recommend this for your stay in Decatur -- you're in town, but you have the peace and serenity of the country. »

« It was like a home away from home. Came equipped with all necessities. literally just bring yourself and food kids messed up their clothes happy to have access to washer and dryer but you will need to bring your own laundry detergent and dryer sheets but overall if we come back down this way would definitely stay here again. »

« The house was comfortable and very nice. The owners should pay attention in the maintenance of the home. I provided my feedback about small repairs. Hopefully those mentionable items will be repaired and/or replaced. »

« The whole vibe of the place was very relaxing. It is just a cute house out in the country. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed have a fire in the firepit one night. We stayed at the property during a UGA game weekend. Location is good for this purpose, if you want to be away from Athens after the game is over. »

« When we arrived in the evening there were no lights on outside and it was difficult to find the home. I also contacted the host to let them know that the thermostat was set to 52 degrees and the house was freezing. It took hours for the temperature to come back up to the 60's (which is understandable as the house is older. They provided one thin extra blanket and unfortunately the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. »

« The house was well stocked and as listed. House was clean but is in desperate need of a paint refresh in some rooms. Appreciated that we weren’t presented with a lengthy checkout list of cleaning tasks; the cleaning fee included in the price was actually for cleaning!We were in town for a graduation at a university about 30 minutes away but chose Athens for the nightlife. We were unfortunately unaware that on UGA game days the main roads around campus are shut down for hours during the day...
