« This home was perfect for our family of 11: 6 adults and 5 kids age 2 to 11\. The one queen bedroom downstairs was perfect for me and my husband while our two grown children and their families used the four bedrooms upstairs. We were there for four days and never got back in our car or left the property. We used the golf cart for grocery store runs, fun shopping and going out to eat. This home is beautiful, conveniently located to everything yet far enough away that you have peace and quiet...

« When we arrived, it was somewhat difficult to contact the owner because the phone number listed was not correct. I emailed VRBO, and almost immediately, the owner contacted me to resolve the issue. After that, the communication was excellent, and he handled the situation very professionally. This place is really close to the beach and is beautifully decorated with welcoming details. It is super comfortable for a large family. I would recommend this place to anyone, and I will most likely use it...

« This home is beautiful and in an ideal location, making it perfect for our large family that loves vacationing together. The spacious house provides ample room for our needs. After a day at the beach, the pool was a refreshing addition, especially since it’s just about 40 yards away. Although the pool alarm got a little annoying to some, for us parents with littles appreciate the extra security it provides when the back door opens to the pool. The only section I didn’t give 5 stars to was the...

« We had a fantastic stay at Mermaids Retreat. The property was beautiful and offered every amenity we could have hoped for. Communication with the owner was outstanding from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. « We had a great Thanksgiving week stay. Our group of 10 adults, 5 children, and 1 dog all had fun. The pool was lovely and warm, the kitchen was well stocked with equipment, the beds were comfortable, and the golf cart was a huge hit! Beach access was an easy walk across the street with a lovely boardwalk to the beach. Great location, close to all of the fun shops and restaurants. We all loved the Saturday after Thanksgiving parade! We received plenty of communication from Alex which was helpful....

« The host was very helpful! The home was perfect for us. We enjoyed the porch and pool and all the bedrooms. If your group happily spreads out, the house is ideal! If you all want to watch a movie together, it is a bit tight in the family area. We did fine despite that and would stay again. »

« ELP customer service is 10/10!!! I have rented from several other companies. ELP is #1\. We were met at the property by the staff and were given a detailed tour of the house. She explained how to work everything. They responded to any of my texts within 5 min. I felt "Taken Care of"Our family rented "Sandtrapped." It was absolutely wonderful. The pictures on the website does not do it justice. Everything was as advertised. We had a spectacular time. Can't wait to go back. »
