Waltham is our go to area to stay when we are in Boston. Easy access to 95 and about a 10 minute drive to the Riverside train station. Pool is small and relaxing; fitness center is excellent. We didn’t have any meals there so I can’t say anything to it, but staff is fantastic.

Very clean facility, rooms were nice, pool was clean. No breakfast included which we knew and were okay with. Breakfast offered to purchase through restaurant wasn’t super kid friendly. Again, not a huge issue the hotel itself was nice and we’d stay again

While in town on sad family business this was always a pleasant and relaxing place to return to after a hard day. Grace and Erin and the rest of the team were always friendly and welcoming. I just booked another stay here for next week because it was so good.

Nice and clean with minor con.
The hotel located neat the highway and it was easy to find. Clean, good stuff, good service. The only negative thing: there is no change room or even little shower in the pool.

The only thing I didn't like is that there wasn't complimentary coffee in the lobby. I have come to think of this as a standard item at most hotels.

The stay was okay, but when we realized that we forgot our chrome cast in the hotel room after we got home, I called to the hotel and the guy promised to have it checked for me. The 2nd time when I called back, I was transferred to their lost and found services. Couldn’t reach anybody there, so I left a voice message. By now nobody even bothered to send me an email message back or call me back. It’s very disappointing! I do not need the chrome desperately, but I am not happy about the service attitude. :(

I'm not sure what happened; however I do not recall having any lost & found voicemails regarding a missing chrome cast device. I check these voicemails daily and I do not recall your message and I apologize if you did and that we didn't respond in a timely manner.Unfortunately, we do not have the chrome cast device in our lost & found. I have also reinspected the room this morning to ensure it wasn't maybe still attached to the back of the TV, but unfortunately it was not located there either.Thank you for taking the time to reach back out to us, and again my sincere apologies for the communication issues.
