The stay was okay, but when we realized that we forgot our chrome cast in the hotel room after we got home, I called to the hotel and the guy promised to have it checked for me. The 2nd time when I called back, I was transferred to their lost and found services. Couldn’t reach anybody there, so I left a voice message. By now nobody even bothered to send me an email message back or call me back. It’s very disappointing! I do not need the chrome desperately, but I am not happy about the service attitude. :(
