Ten minutes to Boyne Mt. and a three-minute walk to the charming village of Walloon Lake with its shopping, beach, and restaurants. This space comes with a full kitchen and workspace. On a quiet street, it's an ideal spot for two; however, there is a sleeper in the living room to accommodate two little ones. (Another apt. Next door is available for booking. Our apartment is 12 minutes from Petoskey's Gaslight District or restaurants in Boyne City.​​​​​ Guest access Our apartment features a laundry room located in the middle of the building & a large parking lot, perfect for bringing your boat. We felt welcomed with the sign on the wall with our name on it and the chocolates by our pillows. The kitchen had many available items for beverages and the coffee maker was nice to have. We were cozy with the bedroom or just resting on the couch/pullout and watching tv. The location was a short walk to downtown Walloon where we enjoyed some coffee and shopping at the market. It was a perfect weekend trip for a CE course and skiing and we would love to return in the future. The only issue was locating the place which we ended up having to find at night. Google Maps shows that State street still goes through towards the downtown area which was confusing for us when we pulled into a parking lot at 10pm. Once we realized that State street does NOT still go through here, we ended up following the side streets around to exactly where the location was marked on the map.
