"Beautiful and well kept historic home! The owner and chef were extremely courteous and welcoming...we couldn’t have felt more welcome! The room and common areas were clean and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and I only regret that we couldn’t finish the generous portions. "This was a mini-vacay for my husband and myself- was our first time here. The price was great for the stay, but keep in mind when you get to the property you have to pay to park if you park yourselve it’s $10 a night or for valet it’s $35 a night. Also, they charge extra $100 per night hold for any incidentals. You get a credit back for whatever you did not use and the parking will come out of it. Also, bring waters and snacks to keep in your room. Our room was clean, but the wash cloths and towels were not stocked. Our refrigerator did not cool well, but they are now aware to check it out. We really enjoyed ourselves for the two night stay and will come back again."
