We came down from Seattle and stopped here to see an old Army buddy on our way down to Orlando. The cottage was well kept up and modern inside while keeping the local charm. The cottage was very clean which Is important to me, because I’m a neat freak. Nick (the host) was very quick to respond to any questions I had.. I’m a bird enthusiast, which I loved seeing all the different types of birds. Bluebirds, cardinals, turkey buzzards, to names few. I would highly recommend this property. We booked this stay due to the proximity to some family in the area. We came down to visit and to explore the Smoky Mountains. It was a great home base, the hosts have thought of absolutely everything. It was very clean and having a washer and dryer to stay on top of our laundry was very helpful as well. The beds were super comfortable. The tupperware in the kitchen was also super helpful since we packed lunches most days.
