This Beautiful, new, self contained studio  
apartment is located in the Tuscan Estate  
of Hidden Valley offering boutique  
accomodation in a unique setting  
surrounded by rolling hills & wildlife  
Located just 55 minutes North of  
Melbourne CBD , 35 minutes from  
Melbourne Airport makes it the perfect  
country getaway accomodation.  
The studio shares the property with the  
main house but you have your separate  
access via an outdoor staircase & your separate entrance.  
A gorgeous vista to enjoy the beautiful sunrise or enjoy  
sunset with a glass of wine  
Parking is available on the property, plenty of  
room for parking caravans if you need a break from life on the road.
