Newly renovated and impeccably decorated, Grant House exudes a true mid-century modern \`Palm Springs\` vibe. Located minutes from everything Walla Walla has to offer and every amenity has been provided. It is a comfortable home with a private heated pool (open May through September) and a 6-person HOT TUB (open year round). Please note: The hot tub will be clean upon your arrival. Follow all posted rules at the property for the using the hot tub. If the hot tub needs drained, cleaned and filled after your stay, a $250 fee will be assessed. Perfect for up to 6 adults. 2 King beds and 1 Queen bed. Entire home and grounds 10 pm outside noise ordinance strictly enforced Adult-Only property. All guests must be age 18+ This is a pet-friendly property with 2 dogs maximum and a $100 flat fee. Must be in the reservation. The cancellation policy applies to pets too. Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Cancellations: A 4% merchant service processing fee will be applied to all cancellations. It lead me to believe all the bedrooms had en-suites but this was not the case and one of the bathrooms was not even close to a bedroom. The larger bedroom downstairs the mattress is way too soft and the bed slants due to an uneven floor so your feet are higher than your head when laying down. The house has a lot of living rooms with not enough room for 6 people to sit and visit comfortably. The positives were the outdoor amenities and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The neighborhood is a little run down and too far away to walk to downtown. We did enjoy our time in walla Walla and the property accommodation was good for a group of friends. ##### kim G. The location was ideal, nestled in a quiet neighborhood of Walla Walla, which made it easy to explore some local wineries. The accommodation itself was impeccable—clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed, as a couple for a comfortable stay. Our host, Terri, was exceptional. She was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They also provided great bottle of wine from a local winery - which led us to buy more bottles from that winery. One of the highlights was the clean & picturesque pool surrounded by beautiful shrubbery providing natural shade and privacy. We loved our stay at this property! The backyard was perfect with the pool and the hot tub, plus plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were all very nice. The downstairs suite was super spacious and nice as well. The only issue we encountered was that one of the upstairs bathrooms was a bit of a tight squeeze, and although there were 3 sitting rooms, each of them didn’t quite have enough seating for our whole party.
